1. General Terms and Acceptance

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tl99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of all services, features, games, and betting markets available on the tl99 website and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. These Terms apply to all registered players accessing tl99 from Bangladesh, including players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

1.2 Amendments to These Terms

tl99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the tl99 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 1.3 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are published in English and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between translated versions of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all respects. tl99 operates its platform in English to serve the English-speaking online gaming community in Bangladesh.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without interruption.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification

By registering an account on tl99, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. tl99 may at any time request that you submit official identity documentation to verify your age, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.2 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active tl99 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are registering and using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of tl99 or any of its software or service providers.
• You are not using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where use of the tl99 platform would expose you to legal liability.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or banned by tl99 for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting as a private individual and not as a professional or commercial gambling operator.

2.3 Responsible Gambling Commitment

tl99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of player protection tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of tl99 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, participating in live casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must complete the tl99 registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or information belonging to any third party.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all account information provided to tl99 remains accurate and current at all times. If your personal details change (including your contact email address, phone number, or payment method details), you must update your account information promptly. tl99 shall not be liable for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or any other consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one tl99 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If tl99 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended, and any balances or pending bonuses may be forfeited at tl99's sole discretion. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate account should contact [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tl99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tl99 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password for your tl99 account and enabling any two-factor authentication options available. You must notify tl99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting [email protected]. tl99 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tl99 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the player relationship, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the time frame specified by tl99 may have their withdrawal requests held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tl99 supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the tl99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. tl99 does not currently support cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on tl99 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though tl99 may apply limits to specific payment methods at its discretion. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes of submission. tl99 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of tl99.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by the tl99 finance team during standard processing hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player's account must be fully KYC-verified. tl99 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to verification status and payment method processing times. tl99 does not charge withdrawal fees, though external payment provider charges may apply.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined in the following circumstances:

• The account has not completed KYC identity verification.
• Active bonus funds remain in the account that have not yet met their wagering requirements.
• The account is under review for suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.
• The withdrawal amount is below the ৳500 minimum threshold.
• The requested withdrawal method differs from the method used for the original deposit, without prior approval from tl99 support.

4.5 Currency and Conversion

The tl99 platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bonuses, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in BDT. tl99 does not perform currency conversions and is not responsible for any exchange rate costs incurred by players using payment methods denominated in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tl99 offers new players a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To be eligible for the welcome bonus, you must register a new account, complete any required verification steps, and make a qualifying deposit of at least the minimum amount specified in the current promotion terms. The welcome bonus is available to new players only; existing players and players who have previously held a tl99 account are not eligible.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by tl99 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins winnings, and cashback rewards — are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms displayed at the time the offer is made. Players must meet the full wagering requirement within the validity period of the bonus; any unmet bonus balance will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Exploitation

tl99 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through methods including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, collusion with other players, or any other form of manipulation — will have their bonus balance forfeited and their account suspended. tl99's determination in such matters is final.

5.4 Seasonal and Promotional Offers

tl99 regularly runs time-limited promotional campaigns aligned with major events in the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Bangladesh Victory Day (December 16), Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL. Each seasonal promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the tl99 promotions page at the time of launch.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

tl99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by applicable law or regulation.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 General Obligations

By using the tl99 platform, you agree to use all services in good faith and in full compliance with these Terms. You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful toward tl99 staff, other players, and the integrity of the platform at all times. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for any funds deposited into your tl99 account and any betting or gaming decisions you make.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tl99 platform:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical means to interact with tl99 games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any tl99 game or system. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using the tl99 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of any tl99 platform component.
• Posting, transmitting, or displaying any offensive, defamatory, or abusive content in any tl99 communication channel including live chat or support interactions.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using tl99 to process proceeds of crime.

6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any confirmed breach of Section 6.2 will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus balances, and may result in permanent account closure. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, tl99 will cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement authorities and may report the matter to appropriate regulatory bodies without further notice to the player.

7. Game Rules and Betting Rules

7.1 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the tl99 platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and arcade games — are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective software provider. These rules are accessible within each game interface. By launching any game on tl99, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. tl99 is not responsible for any misunderstanding of game rules by a player.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting and other sports markets available on tl99 are governed by tl99's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. Key principles include: all bets are placed at the player's own risk; tl99 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome has been manipulated or where an obvious pricing error has occurred; in-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and are confirmed only upon receipt of server-side confirmation; and the result of any match or event is determined by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, FIFA, etc.).

7.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or in-play betting session, the following applies: for RNG games, the game state will be preserved server-side and the round will be completed automatically according to the game's internal rules; for live casino games, the result determined by the live dealer at the time of disconnection will stand; for sports bets, any bet accepted and confirmed by tl99's servers prior to disconnection will stand. tl99 is not liable for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7.4 Pricing Errors

tl99 makes every effort to ensure that all displayed odds, prices, and game parameters are accurate. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly priced odds that are obviously out of market, or a game displaying an incorrect jackpot amount — tl99 reserves the right to void any bets or wagers placed at the erroneous price and to correct the error without notice. Players who knowingly exploit a pricing or technical error will be subject to the provisions of Section 6.3 of these Terms.

7.5 Maximum Win Limits

tl99 applies maximum win limits to certain game categories and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum win limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the displayed outcome. tl99 will notify players of applicable limits prior to gameplay where technically feasible.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your tl99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat in-platform or by email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, tl99 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification being complete. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

tl99 offers a formal self-exclusion programme for players who feel they need a break from gambling. Self-exclusion can be requested for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be prevented from making deposits, placing bets, or accessing any game on the platform. 8.3 tl99-Initiated Suspension

tl99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; tl99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; the player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required time frame; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. In cases of tl99-initiated closure for breach of Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and returned once any investigation is concluded satisfactorily.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. tl99 will notify you by email prior to classifying your account as dormant. A monthly dormancy fee of ৳50 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts to cover administrative costs, commencing from the date the account is classified as dormant. You may reactivate your account at any time by completing the tl99 login process; upon reactivation, no further dormancy fees will apply.
